Public Speakers and Trainers wanted.
You have to be able to present to small and large crowds and
be proficient at using online tools to present webinars. This is a great gig
for Toastmasters members and teachers of schools, colleges and business universities.
You’ll be presenting our real estate investing school, what
we do, why and how we do it. Having said that, know that it is not important
that you know anything of real estate investing; we train.
To become a real estate investor trainer with us requires
that you first be a student, and graduate. You can usually do this within one
year. As a public speaker you can conceivably earn around the $250K* per year
range but many speakers with us make much more and this does not include any of
their real estate investing projects.
Our most popular school course package is approximately
$20,000 (we offer creative ways to finance this if you need funding). After
graduating you should be doing profitable deals which will quickly give you a
return on your investment and you’ll start making “public speaking/training
money”.
So, you’ve invested approximately $20K to get $250K not a
bad deal I think you’ll agree. But get this; you’ll continue earning that $250K
each year and only pay the $20K one time!
Compare this to college. $20K won’t even get you in the
front door of most colleges and getting a job using what you’ve taken in
college to get you $250K each year is unheard of.
Compare this to a franchise. However most franchises require
much more money up front and you have to pay a monthly royalty, and have all
other kinds of requirements placed on yourself and your time. I’ll let you do
the research; it’s easy to find.

If you are like one person who said he would just like to be
a speaker for us and didn’t want to take our education because he’s made so
much money in real estate investing, did so many flips etc., I’m sorry; we
can’t use you even if you are multi-talented with tons of previous success. For
us, you would be a liability. You need to know exactly what our students will
do in our classes for you to teach and train for us. This guy is probably still
out there “wishing” that he could be a speaker because he has all this success;
and he is broke. Maybe he is broke at a higher level, but he is broke just the
same. If someone can’t understand the simple math of investing 20K in their own
mind and future to earn a yearly income of $250K (and more) I’m not going to
try to persuade him (or her). Further, if someone cannot understand why we
“hire” graduates of our school to train, teach and be our public speakers, we
don’t try to educate them otherwise; we have more important people to invest
our efforts. Is that person you?
